Paul Di Martino's career began in 2003 at an esteemed, award-winning firm. Driven by an unwavering passion to learn and develop professionally, Paul immersed himself in every opportunity available at the firm. As a direct consequence of his hard work and dedication, he rapidly progressed within the organization, earning the esteemed title of Director of Tenant Design and Construction.

Paul, through his compelling character and dedicated commitment, successfully captured the attention of shopping center developers, leading over 1000 tenant designs, constructions, and contract administration. He closely collaborated with the Development and Leasing groups to assist in the fulfillment of their objectives, a feat that ignited a fervent desire within him to pursue further growth and advancement.

Consequently, leveraging his vast experience and expertise, Paul proceeded to establish his own business while simultaneously offering consulting services to his former employer. In 2012, DiMartino Designs came into existence, propelled by Paul's profound passion for designing and constructing luxury homes. After several years of pursuing his passion and observing the contentment of his clients, Paul resolved to revert to his initial pursuits and expand his company in the sphere of commercial construction.

DiMartino Designs has augmented its portfolio by venturing into the realm of constructing townhouse complexes, commercial and retail spaces, as well as numerous condominium lobbies and rooftop terraces. The company has earned a prominent standing, thanks to its versatility in providing a range of services, including planning, project management, and general contracting, all under a single roof. This comprehensive approach has enabled DiMartino Designs to offer clients an all-inclusive service package.
